Dashboard¶
The dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your organization.

Organization's assets¶
The first row of information outlines information about your organization's assets: the number of devices, licences (used and unused), fleets, profiles, and applications. Clicking on any of the data points forwards you directly to the concerned menu.
If your organization's billing bundle contains any limitation to one of these metrics, e.g. a maximum number of devices, the mention "Max: number" will be displayed below the concerned metric.
Logistics¶
The second row of information provides important logistical data about your devices.
Maintenance & stock¶
This chart allows you to know how your fleets of devices are dispatched at a glance:
- In the field: number of devices which are associated to a fleet
- In stock: number of devices which are not associated to a fleet but are part of the organization
- In repair: number of devices which are not associated to a fleet and are marked as faulty
To understand how to handle device logistics, please check Devices - Logistics section.
Sync status¶
This chart allows you to know whether your devices, the last time they synchronized, had their configuration match what you defined on your Profile.
A device can be in one of three states:
- Synchronized: number of devices which were able to apply all settings on their profile the last time they contacted the MDM
- Not Synchronized: number of devices which have not been able to apply all settings on their profile, or which have not contacted the MDM yet since the last profile/fleet change
- Never Synchronized: number of devices which have never contacted the MDM
Note
If you modify a fleet or a profile, all the devices associated to it will be considered as Not Synchronized since they need to retrieve their new configuration. Once they synchronize and apply all changes correctly, the device will be considered as Synchronized.
Warning
This metric is not linked to a notion of time. A device marked as "synced" does not mean that it has synchronized recently. It could potentially not have contacted the MDM for months but their settings on the MDM haven't changed since then.
Heartbeat status¶
A device's heartbeat status indicates wherever or not it has contacted the MDM during the last expected sync attempt(s). This expectation in based on the "Sync Interval" feature on a device's Profile.
- No missed sync: number of devices that have contacted the MDM the last time it should have
- 3 missed sync: number of devices that have missed the last 3 expected sync times with the MDM
- 5+ missed sync: number of devices that have missed the last 5 or more expected sync times with the MDM
