Warranty and RMA
We remind you that devices are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the delivery date and so long as they have been used and maintained in compliance with good professional practices and with instructions as stated in the notice provided by FAMOCO.
A device can only be returned with the prior approval of the Customer Support Team and we will need the following info:
- The name of your company
- The name of your MDM organisation
- The ID of the device*
- A description of the dysfunction
- The steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
What has been done on your side to try to solve the issue
* under the battery or from the device dashboard: (01)xxxxxxxxxxxxxx(21)xxx
A device returned without prior authorization will be send back to you.
Upon receipt and after the standard checks, our Logistic Team will prepare and send your replacement/repair material within 2 weeks.
For this purpose, please confirm:
- The company name and address details
- A contact on site (name, e-mail, phone)
