Not an admin of both orgs

We are only authorized to move devices upon the explicit written request of the initial organization's administrator(s).

In order for us to perform this operation, send us an e-mail at support@famoco.com specifying:

• The Famoco IDs of the terminals to be moved
• The original organization (see screenshots below)
• The MDM organization to which they are to be moved

Note: The operation will be carried out within 48 working hours following the reception of the request.
