Application is not working - single device

  • If the application is working on other devices of the same model please try to synchronize the device in stock to remove any prior configuration.

In some cases, a factory data reset (all the datas will be deleted on the device) can be required from: - Android 4 and 6: Settings/back up and reset/Factory data reset - Android 8: Settings/System/reset settings/Factory data reset.

If this doesn't solve, please contact us by email. We will need the following information:

  • The name of your MDM organization
  • A description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it
  • A picture or a video if it helps to understand the issue
  • The ID(s) of the impacted device(s)*
  • The application compiled .apk or the source code.
