Device does not synchronise - SSL error message

  • This message indicates often an issue with the date and time on the device.
  • As you have this issue on a single network, it indicates that the issue is on the network not sending the date and time to the device.
  • Feel free to confirm it by creating a hostpot with these infos

  • If still not solved, and in order to provide you the most accurate information, please send us an email with the following:

    • The name of your company
    • The name of the MDM organisation to which the device belongs
    • The ID of the device (under the battery)
    • A description of the dysfunction including the manipulations that have been made before
  • This can also indicates that the network is filtering the connection preventing our devices to synchronize, please ask your IT to whitelist these domains to the router.
