Device does not synchronise - SSL error message
- This message indicates often an issue with the date and time on the device.
- As you have this issue on a single network, it indicates that the issue is on the network not sending the date and time to the device.

If still not solved, and in order to provide you the most accurate information, please send us an email with the following:
- The name of your company
- The name of the MDM organisation to which the device belongs
- The ID of the device (under the battery)
- A description of the dysfunction including the manipulations that have been made before

This can also indicates that the network is filtering the connection preventing our devices to synchronize, please ask your IT to whitelist these domains to the router.
